The Insurance Law team is fully qualified to meet its client’s needs in all areas. We advise major insurance and reinsurance companies in both the technical aspect regarding the regulations issued by the Superintendent of Insurance, as in representing companies in court proceedings and COPREC. Insurance practice also includes the contractual aspects relating to general insurance (motor, aviation, marine, civil liability, professional liability and others), life insurance and surety. We also advise claims adjusters and insurance brokers.
Our insurance team handles more than 3,000 legal cases in the City of Buenos Aires, in the Federal Courts and in the Supreme Court. The firm has associated offices in Rosario (Racciatti, Hourquescos & Rourich), Córdoba (Escarguel Abogados), Mendoza (Billi & Alzogaray) and other Argentine cities.
